What owners ask us first.
Do I need to speak German?
No. We handle everything German-language: the translation, the exposé, the portal management and all correspondence with interested parties. You communicate with us — and later with qualified buyers — in English.
Who speaks with the buyers?
We conduct the first conversations in German and qualify every enquiry. You only speak with buyers who are demonstrably serious — and by then they are prepared to continue in English.
Do you charge a commission or any hidden fees?
No. You pay one flat monthly price per property, agreed in writing before publication. There is no commission, no percentage of the sale and no charge per lead — regardless of how many enquiries your listing generates.
How long am I committed?
Two months minimum — that covers the translation, the exposé and the setup across every channel. After that it runs month by month at the same price, and you can cancel to the end of any month. No notice period, no price increase on renewal.
How quickly will my property be listed?
Once we receive your documents, translation and portal setup typically take a few business days. You receive a written confirmation, with links, as soon as every channel is live.
What do I need to provide?
Your existing sales material — a brochure, an exposé or a link to a current listing, in any language — together with photos if you have them. We take it from there.
I am an estate agent with several properties — can I work with you?
Yes. Agencies get a per-listing portfolio price in a written proposal. See the agency page at crosslist.eu.
What happens after I submit my details?
You receive a specific written proposal for your property — scope, channels and price — usually within one business day. There is no cost and no commitment until you sign it.
